Our focus is creating personalised detailed itineraries for road trips to South Africa.
For many it's a dream destination but it might seem too difficult or too expensive.
Difficult? We will discuss what you want to do and then provide a comprehensive itinerary. It will have planned driving routes, accommodation options, dining suggestions, links for excursions and attractions and more. You are then in control of all the booking. Our itineraries make it step by step easy.
Expensive? South Africa can offer great value and many tour operators overcharge. We have done direct comparison with self-drive packages and normally it can come in about 40% cheaper by booking it yourself. It's one country where you can forget those hefty brochure prices.

Here's the process...
First, fill in our form (or just send us an email).
We will probably have some questions, to try and focus on what you want, then we can send the broadest of outline plans (see Example).
We then charge £45 to turn that outline into something a lot more detailed. That will suggest flight routes, car hire, places to stay, accommodation, things to do and anything else we can think of. We will add in as many links as we can to make that super easy for you to book.
Then you book it all - we always aim for fully cancellable accommodation and pre-booked excursions, attractions and experiences, keeping it all very flexible. That certainly came in handy during Covid when we had to cancel a four week trip of our own.
And once we have delivered your fully detailed itinerary we can still answer questions.
Please do note, we provide itineraries - you do the actual booking whether it's directly, via Expedia or similar for accommodation, via Get Your Guide or Viator for things to do.
